Caravan interiors are tight, and the waste system is what the galley and washroom get planned around. This is a 3m self-containment kit with 25mm plumbing.

Where the waste leaves the caravan sets the cabinet line behind it. Fix that on the drawing and the trim, the benchtop and the coverings all follow. It keeps the waste run out of the drawers and cupboards that go in after it. Run the waste line down the back of a cabinet and it stays out of the way of the fit-out.

Is it visible inside?

Only the outlet and the waste line are, and both sit below the cabinet line.
